Classically trained, Executive Chef Niels van Galen sources the majority of his menu’s specialties from Connecticut’s ports and farms. In addition to the menu, 50 WEST will feature daily and nightly specials utilizing seasonal New England ingredients. Both a Happy Hour and Late Night Delight menu will be available at our intimate bar.
